This is your BodyFit by Amy Tabata Blast with Weights Workout! This is day #13 of your BodyFit Strong Challenge. Today we are going to get the entire body working for strength and cardio using weights; either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell, or both. We’re working in the traditional Tabata format of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, in four minute rounds. I’ll give you lots of options, and we’re gonna have a great time doing it! I was supposed to workout around 1 PM but life intervened. After getting home from a huge grocery shopping trip, it was getting dark and I needed to make dinner. But your happy attitude, smile, and encouraging words make your workouts so fun and inspiring that I didn't want to miss. So I told my family, dinner's late tonight. I'm going to do BodyFit by Amy. Thank you for the encouragement at the end. I didn't "feel like" I accomplished anything. Feeling mentally out of it (seasonal affect disorder). Followed along best I could, but I was in my head during cool down, discounting any benefit. TABATA was new for me & I liked it. 👍 💪

I usually workout 3-4 times a week. 5 years with you! Started when I was pregnant. Now he does workout with me or I do it like I love the most, alone during his naps. Because this is me time. I love it! It makes me happy, energized, relaxed and ready for life. Both – mentally and physically. Thank you cause these workouts changed my life, my body and soul. Last week I almost cried during workout. Usually workout makes me feel better, but I was drained and not so good mood. It just happened. Took a rest day – walk, day after yoga mobility and it was awesome in Sunday when I did Saturday live. Today – I did what I couldn't imagine before – kickboxing (you made me love with your contagious workouts) and tabata. I feel amazing. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE this tabata work out. It is hard, but totally doable. I’m puffing but also got very good core/weight work in. I love challenging work outs that are hard but dont make you give up b/c the move is too complicated or diffiicult to execute. It goes fast & great instruction and demonstration of move prior. Well done!
I liked that we switched up the moves with this. The compound movements were good for my brain and my body!
