Join me (and Peanut!) for this complete, total body targeting strength circuit workout that you can do in a small space with just one (or two) sets of hand weights (be sure to go heavier for a greater challenge) — with no getting down on the floor necessary. Get a full-body workout in from start to finish all in just 16 minutes (this one is perfect for busy days!).

One of my favorite workouts!
I did this as a sub for the metabolic conditioning workout in the January rotation. I used a little heavier set of weights and it was just perfect! I'm trying to have a no excuses approach to exercising this year. Your variety of workouts definitely helps make it work!

This is my 3rd workout from this channel, and I really appreciate the variety of workouts to move my body and the consistency of the quality. I used to be super fit, but have taken a few years away from exercising consistently; this is just what I need to gain confidence (and not hurt myself by doing too much too soon!) and also get a sweat going and feel like I did something. Anybody that has a round mat can you tell me what the benefits of a round mount versus a square Matt are I'm not using a mat at all because the one that I purchased does it stay open I've tried steaming it and putting heavy items on it to try to flatten it out I would imagine around 1 would stay unrolled is this true

Jessica, you are the queen of time saving workouts, so efficient and so much done in a short time, not that it is ever easy, it's always demanding, I am sweatinggg. Time saving is life saving, because there is still time to be with friends and family after work and and sport is done.
