Oh my… I do one of your old video from 2019 on abs+arms and then this one, I'm not really myself anymore ahahah
It kills, but I love your video they are simple to follow and watching you encourage us and suffer with us keep us motivated and we give everything we have to finish these exercises, I do 30min everyday for 3 weeks now and the result are amazing, thank you!

um…is it bad that i didnt feel much burn at all? does it mean that im not doing it right? i did take a couple little breaks in between but that was because it hurt something that wasnt my abs

I think my soul left my body while doing this workout. It's so wrong to do legs and abs the same day lol what was I thinking?! But I had a great time doing this and the legs workout! Thank you always Maddie for the effective workouts (mostly the intense ones!)

I think it's the hardest one of your ab workouts, I couldn't do it without feeling like I'm burning up and going to die lol but I do feel the effect of it so keep up these kind of workouts please:)

Hi! I have done a few of your videos before and love them! I’m 51 (in my mind Im still in my 30s) and trying to stay fit and flexible but having difficulty coming up at same time as leg…are there any modifications so I can work up to doing it completely? Awesome videos ❤️
