I think my soul left my body while doing this workout. It's so wrong to do legs and abs the same day lol what was I thinking?! But I had a great time doing this and the legs workout! Thank you always Maddie for the effective workouts (mostly the intense ones!)

Hi! I have done a few of your videos before and love them! I’m 51 (in my mind Im still in my 30s) and trying to stay fit and flexible but having difficulty coming up at same time as leg…are there any modifications so I can work up to doing it completely? Awesome videos ❤️
