This barefoot, fusion style strength session combines elements of resistance training, barre, Pilates, yoga and more, all done at a steady pace with no breaks, which also provides a moderate cardio effect.
We’ll keep your entire body moving to build endurance, balance, rhythm and coordination. This non stop session helps target the muscles in the thighs, inner thighs, legs, quadriceps, hamstrings, core, arms, shoulders and abs with exercises like plies, lunges, presses, curls, etc. to target your entire body from head to pointed toe.

Core week day 6 complete – that was a hard workout but so good! And Peanut had a good sleep lol
Day 6 of Core Week completed! Well, doing this workout again after 3 months, I think I've improved. I still am using 3# weights, but I feel stronger and able to do the moves even better. Getting my workout mojo back, slowly! Now up to 4x per week consistently! Maybe in another month or two I'll be up to 5x a week! Thanks for always being there, Jessica and Peanut!
First time I've done this one. And probably the first one I didn't care for. As a beginner, I felt really behind and struggled. I do love the way Jessica talks to her "audience".

I have several of Jessicas walk DVD's and they r helping. I do miss some new workouts even in short on U tube. Right now in quarantine & not working I cannot afford to purchase anymore. I still appreciate the older videos and the ones I have. Love peanut always

I don't remember doing this one before, which means absolutely nothing because I have 'workout amnesia.' However, I chose this one today because I'm recovering from a back pain flare-up and I'm trying to be extra careful until the pain is completely gone. For that reason, I only used 4 lb weights, so I wouldn't inadvertently strain my back. I still feel like I got a great workout, and my back is feeling pretty good, so this workout is a winner! I did choose some of the easier options, though, just to be on the safe side. For instance, on the floor work, I didn't lift my hips for the side leg lifts and I kept my top leg down for the hip lifts. Hopefully, one more trip to the chiropractor this week will help me get all the way back to normal! I see this workout as part of my recovery, too.

I usually work with Jessica's Fall into Fitness 1 and 4 with 9 pounds as my top weight – took an active rest week and thought this would be an easy one. Barefoot, 5 pounds – no problem, right? Nope! Had to drop down to 3 pounds for the first section. This was a great challenge and something I'm going to work into my routine more often. Thanks!
