I’ve been doing your workouts off and on for years now, but I hope to be consistent this time around. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and I love that you also have a series of prenatal videos AND even in your normal routines you have modifications for pre and post natal users. Shew goodness! I'm late to the game for this challenge but I started day 1 today. I'm dripping!! My Fitbit says I've logged 55 zone minutes! My heart rate was over 130 most of the workout! Woohoo!!

Wooohoo! I did it ^^ The move I like the least, along with up-and-down plank, is lunge so this workout was extra tough on me lol but I finished it! Covid numbers are sky high, I'm always home, writing and studying all day. The weather is very cold, can't even go out for my walks. Thought some exercise would help me think and feel and sleep better. I also have some pants that I want to fit into by the time spring comes. So here I am. Will do the next one tomorrow, or maybe even tonight! I have my goals and wishes: sleep well and good, take my exam knowing that I did my best, and spend this summer feeling super sexy with my lean and healthy body.
