Hi Jessica – did one of your separate upper and lower strength training workouts today – the lower body workout was a real challenge; I know I'll feel it tomorrow 🙂 ….this was a great stretch to do as I was feeling it a tad in my lower back…as you may remember, I am now "addicted" to stretching as part of my nightly wind-down routine – really enjoying the stretch routines. Hi Jessica thank you for this lovely workout. I've been working out with you for a while and lost nearly 3 stone (42 pounds) in weight over 18 months and keeping it off by eating healthy and doing regular balanced workout routines as you suggest. However, I've now been getting pain in my shins when doing HIIT and Tabata type workouts and I've heard it could be shin splints?! I've seen things about this on YouTube, but I wonder if you could devise a workout to help with this and incorporate deep calf stretching too as I have a suspicion my shin pain is connected to tight calf's. I trust you as a trainer as you've really helped me with my weight loss and getting fitter and would love it if you geared a workout around this issue as I'm sure your followers would hugely benefit as well as me of course 🙂 Keep up the good work Jessica.
This was totally needed as I did Knee Friendly Barre yesterday and my triceps and shoulders were saying a bug hello this morning. A perfect start to a Winters Day.

As a Christian I do not do Yoga of any kind. Really better for a warning as this is yoga.
Felt so good after a couple of your short cardio sessions! Really loved the feet curled sitting on them stretch, I could feel a real imbalance that I couldn’t tell was there. 🙌🥰
