I struggle on pull ups but will work my way thru the negatives etc first and then to pull ups
i need serious help or something. i have a high metabolism and adhd so im always burning extra calories but to gain weight out of my skinny maintance weight ive done it before gained 5lbs but only by eating out like crazy.

Recently found out imma be a dad so switched from weights to calisthenics. The simple shit. Said screw it and stopped trying to eat to stay at 208 . Gonna try to get back to 240 with calisthenics/ dumbbells only. Can’t keep eating like a bird and can’t hit the weights as much so hopefully this goes well.
