Every other day you will take an active recovery rest day every other day from doing push ups during this super challenge. On your rest day you can do ACTIVE recovery. Which means not to just sit around and do nothing. Below are a few videos I would recommend you do on your “rest days” to get some more work in!

Step one: find your max! do as many pushups as you can do without stopping! THAT’S YOUR MAX!
Step two: divide your max by 5 and the number you get will be your reps!
Step three: your sets will be 3, (3xMax/5)
Step four: follow the exercises in this video. 30-45 second break between each set. And when it’s time to move on to another exercise, you can take 60-90 seconds between each of the different exercise.

I've been doing Bully's pushup Challenge for the past 3 weeks in conjunction with the 45-day Challenge. I've been skipping the pushups on days that clash with chest/shoulder workouts, but I can do 7 x 11 w/ 30" recoveries. One more week of pressups and I'll give the superman challenge a go.

Im not gonna try it today cuz my workout is 30 minute abs(with obliqes) , 10 minute legs, back and 15 minutes arms workout, so im pretty tired, but i am starting the challenge soon. Hopefully ill be able to do it by Christmas💪💪💪
