Hi Lucy. Can’t quite believe the results I’m getting from just 7-14 minutes a day….Especially on ‘belly fat’, also love the fact I can do all these standing up. I’ve been spreading the word about L-WR whenever I can.
Enjoying the new videos as well especially the 10min legs option one. What is your recommendation for particular stubborn bottoms as that’s a ‘large” area for me? Totally inspired.

Move 2 had me baffledcat the start – couldn't do it without holding onto the wall and doing each leg for 30 seconds.
Managed to do it properly today! 😃 It wasn't pretty, but I did it! 😁🙌
