See the thing is I can eat well and do small workouts at home but to really have gains I need to lift or go to the gym now I can't do that because with life crisis I can't go no where and my home workouts haven been easy for me now and I don't feel like I'm going to make a difference in my body.

I love that her eating "all in" is just eating basically. She isn't finding everything edible and stuffing it into her mouth, she is starting to come back to a more natural way of eating- when you are hungry. She is still increasing her calories, but with mainly nutritious things which I think is great.

So I had been restricting for 4 years and had lost 40 pounds and maintained it but went all in in Feb because of how bad my eating disorder and hunger got. I've gained 20 back but my relationship with food is finally getting better. Trusting the process. Thank you for doing this Steph.
I was on a low-calorie, high-intensity workout plan for years and I completely understand the extreme hunger. Now I've learned to eat intuitively and not kidding, my calorie intake is 1000-1200 (since quarentine) with 30-40 min exercise every day. When we get back to normal I'm sure that calorie amout will go up, but my weight has been stable, my hunger cues are consistent and my energy is doing so much better. I wish I knew about all in before, because intuitive eating took me almost 10 years to acomplish since my extreme hunger period.
What am I missing? I intermittent fast now . I'm not a breakfast eater anyways but when I eat what I want in the middle of the day I get very sluggish even without sugar. How can people that go all in have energy?
