What kinda music do You listen during training?
first time on channel and its great. Good info and well done. A few comments, how to incorporate a 12 hr shift for work around the work outs and diet. Also, Im not doing this for body building, CrossFit and running is my gig, how did you pick the 3000 cal diet number?
Interesting….Have you tried other macro composition for growth….people equate been shredded with food…. but it is using food with the activities that you are about to embark to get shredded….aerobic activities, such as medium boxing for about 1hr, should lower your body fat %….thus, You are using energy coming from beta oxidation, or fat burning -stored fat. Weight training uses too much glycogen from the muscle….thus you need a glucose + carbs, complex food intake, before hand…instead.

how tall are you? 85 kg at 14 to 15% body fat seems off to me, you look much much bigger than 85kg im close to 90 kg at about the same fat percentage but look much smaller than you
