It was very encouraging to hear that you missed 2 days of training. Thanks for sharing. I have been staying fairly consistent with my meals but not always realistic to get to gym everyday. I have been getting down on myself about that. I missed one day last week so I'm adding those exercises into this week but now I have sinus infection and feel like poop. So staying hydrated and doing short sessions is my focus. Life happens, we just have to adapt and roll. Hoping rest does more for me this week.
