During these times I think focusing on mental health and well being are very important. I decided to be financially frugal and save some money with my food choices. Instead of over indulging on comfort foods, I decided to only shop for cost effective items that aligned with my goals.
The result? Without trying, I've been leaning down. Obstacles occasionally present unique opportunities. Don't just try to survive during these times, if you are capable, attempt to thrive instead. Hope everyone is doing well!
After following him for 8+ years back when I used to rep his original Brady Brosef shirt, I've decided to finally jump out of my comfort zone and start my own YouTube Channel, to document my own training journey, as well as to create informative videos to help others. I will be dropping my first 'proper' YouTube video in the next couple days and would love some support/feedback.
Dear god been out of the gym since February because I had no money for it,came back mid March, now this 5g shit started and wont train till June… Even the little muscle I built in the last 2,5 years went down the drain lol
great video I can really relate because with this situation and being at home more I have been able to get my nutrition right and I have lost 8-9 pounds over the last 5-6 weeks.
Omar, I've heard you mention several times you try to read a book a week, which is amazing. You should do a video where you recap your year in books and make recommendations. Not that I need to add more to my "to-read" list, but I think it would be interesting. And/or have you ever checked out Goodreads? It's a website and app where you can log your books and connect with people. You should totally get on there. Peace brother, stay safe and lean!
Should be careful not to eat sardines or tuna every day, can raise your mercury to unsafe levels. (there really is no safe amount of mercury but keep it negligible as possible.)
i dont know why people give Omar shit for his calves when calve size is prety much entirley genetic. training calves doesnt do shit. i get knocking on people who have shitty legs because thats usually a result of skipping leg day but calves is pureg genetic.
