If you've got pain at the front of your delt that is aggravated from pressing, it's probably bicep tendonitis. Give a gentle stretch or massage here and there outside of the gym. Ice packs and heat packs will help reduce the inflammation

Had a similar shoulder issue and found a tonne of face pulls, external rotations and wall slides to work magic 👌🏼

They say you have to watch Tenet twice to fully understand things, but one was enough for me haha! Great video again Rob! 💪🏼

Injury sounds like it might be the Long head of Bicep possibly carrying a bit of tone and not lengthening as you press because its not distributing force evenly through the system, but best to get it seen to and look at the bigger picture, need to understand why there is excess load going through the area and treat the cause not necessarily just the problem, its likely that something else isn't doing its job! Have a look at the main man Dave O'Sulllivans youtube videos on the shoulder! Hope you sort it

I'm a student physical therapy so I know some stuff. The pain in your shoulder could be the tendon of the pectoralis major or long head of the bicep. Avoid exercises that are painfull for a bit or reduce the range of motion so the pain doesn't come up

Hey Rob !!! Awesome vid as always! As a physio the only thing i can say via internet is to recommend u to do a check up with a local physio cause it looks to me like early symptoms of SIS. For now there's no need to worry but some testing and optimization of movement patterns should do the job 😀 Greetings from Poland m8 😀

Had the same shoulder problem these past weeks, acupuncture worked miracles…and I also found going a bit wider grip on pressing movements better for shoulder pain

Another great video, Rob. Your injury sounds very similar to one I recently nursed. Mine was a strained conacoid process – a ligament that connects your shoulder to your chest. I had the same, where the injury was in my shoulder, but only hurt on chest movements and not shoulder. I saw a soft tissue therapist, who told me to do really light weight (2.5kg) front raises and twisting your hand so your little finger faces up. I did that everyday for a few weeks and it solved so many issues. I still feel it flare up every so often, so need to keep doing to exercises, but it certainly works. Hope they work for you too man! 👍💪

Also currently cutting on 2500 kcals/day and happy to see my macros are close to yours: 200g P 75g F 260g C. For those that find it hard to understand how we can cut on this many carbs, it's all about naturally building up your metabolism/testosterone by having the right activity levels, nutrients and supplements. I used to gain weight at 2500 kcals and had to go below 2000 kcals to cut, eating very few carbs, but that was before I started lifting weights and eating right.

Not a physio but I think you may have a tight rear delt, causing referred pain to your front delt during push movements! Try a tennis ball against a wall in your rear delt then try a push movement, should be all but pain free.

The gross profit on energy drinks is incredible. I worked as a subcontractor CPA accountant for an energy company. I found out about this as I was analyzing the cost of goods sold account, which is a direct expense. Basically you are paying for the shipping. The ingredients is such a minor cost it is ridiculous. The can is peanuts. The second largest cost is the advertising/marketing of that energy drink. However CG has influencers to leverage which minimizes the advertising and marketing expenses. A box of 12 cans would be paid off with R.L. selling 3-4 cans. No one will tell you this. Now that is what's up.
In summary, when you buy any bottled drink, you are paying for that drink to come to you (shipping exp.). NOT WHATS IN THE DRINK. Christion Guzman knows this fact, hence another brand in the crowed energy drink market. C.G. loves that money. By the way to manufacture the energy drink you contract a THIRD party who has their own manufacturing facility to produce the beverages. Anyone can do this. Get the Subs, then WORK those same Subs. Maxx does the same with his clothes and candy. The KEY is to get the SUBS. That is the market you will tap into for your revenue/sales. Without social media they would be SOL. God bless all.
