When I do my bicep curls I can't put my arms all the way down to flex my triceps because the last time I did that I couldn't straighten my arms for 10 days there was too much pain in the pits of my elbows if anyone knows why that happened please tell me

I dislocated my shoulder from doing martial arts & I can’t lift the same anymore I can’t get pass 5 without hurts. Do you know how should overcome the pain ?

Hey Lex, what workout schedule would you recommend with a work schedule of 2 day shifts of 12hrs from 7 to 19, one free day, then two night shifts from 19 to 7 then three free days? Would be really great to get your opinion on how to schedule my workouts around my work schedule
