damn thats not very much food at all 11/2 cups of rice a day (660 cal ,66 carbs,7.5 prot, 4.5 fats) 15 oz chicken(689 cal, 14fat, 0 carbs, 130 prot) 3 cups brussel sprouts ( 114 cal,1 fat, 26 carbs, 9 prot) total= 1463 cal, 92 carb, 147 prot, 19 fat. That's not much food at all. Now one must take into account DLB's size ( body weight) but still that's not very much food & nutrition.
