My upper, inner chest is lagging big time. when I do a side pose in front of a mirror I can literally see dents in the upper,inner part of the chest.
I have tried everything: dumbell flyes, cable flyes, incline bench narrow, incline bench press wide. High rep range, low rep range. going to failure, doing drop sets. you f*ing name it, it's driving me crazy man… 🙁

Hey Lex, just wondering from all the videos I've seen. Do you have a chronic condition or is the constant muscle and joint pain from excessive exercise? Because I'm currently doing around 5 hours of exercise a day, and I'm starting to get some mild discomfort in my subscapularis, which I've been relieving with massages so far.
