This video is amazing.. After this video I get so drenched in sweat. The steps are very easy.. But because of doing it faster it becomes very effective. Thanks for the video

2100 steps for me. I’m recovering from surgery so I have to go slow. Love Lucy’s workouts.

Somehow the yellow shirt, the fire, and the yellow sunflowers made me happy, or calm. And, your voice was calm as well. This was the most stressless workout I've ever done. 💛💛

Was not feeling well this afternoon after probably too much looking at my computer at various sites, decided to try this and boy was it a challenge for this 60yr old Grammaw with physical challenges such as Fibromyalgia, Spinal Stenosis (painful!), herniations, Scoliosis, etc., etc., and I wanted to quit at around 15minutes but kept myself going surprisingly and finished! I did this workout BAREFOOT so hoping my knees aren't killing me later but I was light on my runners run in-between exercises. TYSM LUCY❣️❣️Love and Hugs from South Texas! God Bless you♥️🌸♥️🙏🏽………….Oh, BTW……I don't feel sick, not well anymore!!! BONUS!!!!! ☺️

I walked pretty fast, did it 2 times in a row and never managed to achieve more than 2800 steps each time, so 5600 in total 😅. Maybe my limbs are just too long 🤣🤣🤣. I am 6'1, 71kg and I burned 255 kcal doing this workout twice in a row (50 minutes). I used it as an active rest day between weightlifting and it was a good way to move and to stretch my muscles without overdoing it.

3,142 steps!!! I was a little slow because for me this was a big workout. I haven’t worked out since 2019 right before the pandemic. I also have a herniated disc and this workout didn’t aggravate it!! I was nice and tired

Today I’m tired and I did the whole workout… I’ll SWEAR the last 5 or 10 minutes you kept saying, “there’s only one more move to do after this…”😂😂😂😂
Thank you for your steady support!!!
