7 months ago I Couldn’t do a single push up, today I did this whole workout no problem. Thank you bully juice for making this possible.

My arms and triceps are beat but I literally just challenged myself to a 30 days challenge and including this 30 days challenge workout plan sheesh lets get it no time to complain
