Thanks for another great workout HASfit! I've been doing the full body workouts a few times a week, and then break things up by doing some cardio in between. Do you recommend alternating full body and cardio on different days, or just changing it up from time to time?

Fui contagiada de "el bicho" en el 2020 y no solo perdí mi resistencia física sino que he tenido dolor articular agudo desde entonces, mi doctor me pide que continúe moviéndome, gracias a las rutinas para "seniors" y la opción principiantes de Claudia, he podido ir recuperando mi movilidad y resistencia. Good workout but cool down was way too long – it's not a 30 minute calorie burn, it's 20 minutes plus warm up and cool down…
