In this video, I’m going to share with you all a 30 day workout that will consist of two videos each day! Your entire body will be hit with chest workouts, shoulder, back, arms, biceps, triceps, legs, glutes, calves, hamstrings, quads, etc! Also plenty HIIT cardio!

Are you going to do anymore 30 day challenges with weights or dumbbells?
This challenge torches your muscles properly. It's pretty damn amazing. One thing I would add, if this isn't your first Bullyjuice Challenge is, that you are probably in a certain badass cardio shape…because Bully Challenges will do that. With dumbbells, though, some days are shorter than you're probably used to, because that's all that is needed to torch your muscles. From a cardio standpoint, if you want to maintain cardio shape you have gotten to from previous challenges, you may want to add more work to maintain it. Personally, I try to get at least 20 to 30 minutes of total work in as a target. If the dumbbell challenge day is under that, I'll add one of Bully's low impact cardio workouts so I'm not overtraining my upper body, but still doing cardio maintenance. So for example, today's dumbell was 10 minute full body. So I added on Bully's 15 minute standing ab workout.

I am currently doing a workout challenge right now but I only have about 10 more days left on that one. I am going to try this for sure because it seems as though many people enjoy it and get results!! Can’t wait!!

First of all, I really want to thank you for all that beautiful content you put on Youtube. You really are my personal coach, I follow your videos like its a holy book. I wanted to ask you something. I am trying to combine your challenges to challenge myself even further. Currently I will start to do your 30 DAY AT HOME WORKOUT PLAN(NO EQUIPMENT)(1.4m views) and this challenge plan so I do day 1 from each videos in one day back to back and I also do running 2 hours 2-3 times a week and on those days I skip challenge days. I wanted to ask you if these 2 challenge schedules work good together or do you think it will be too much on muscle groups?
