Tried to use a similar picture from a similar angle (one taken from my phone for IG, the other by video camera) to show a comparison of size/leanness over ~15lb. If you want to lose weight, one of your top priorities needs to be retaining your muscle mass.
In this video we go over new research indicating losses in fat free mass (aka largely muscle) can result in marked increases in your appetite. Slow and steady= wins the race
I try to lean down each summer, what I noticed is my body weight (after summer) always goes back around the same each time. Guess our body has a fat percentage it likes to stay at.
Guys, I agree. For what it’s worth, I’m 53. 18 months ago i was skinny fat and 198. I did the following:
1. 6 days a week of 40 minutes of cardio at a average HR of 135-145
2. 6 days a week of volume weight and training super sets (ss’s being push ups. Generally 20 reps per SS). My lifting is 14 – 16 sets per body part, hitting each body part 2x in a 8 day period
3. Timed eating: feeding window 12pm – 8pm. 5 days a week of no joke, only chicken thighs (Costco) and brown rice and steamed veggies.
4. 200MG Test Cypionate once per week, split into 2 doses, 4,000 IU’s of HCG twice per week
Results: a lean, strong fit body at 53 and now 173lbs. (Down from 198). Sets of 15 dead hang pull ups, sets of 30 push ups, 185 flat bench for sets of 12.
The whole package. That’s my formula. Everyone is different. Mad respect for the channel and good luck people.
just do some rad 140 so maybe cant notice coz look bit biger but fuck me much stronger and then i sick for bit guys sorry well cycle off why u count in weeks ? u count like in cycles
Something i am interested in knowing, don't know if reliable studies have been conducted for it: If you diet to stay on maintenance, so say you spend 2000 and eat 2000, of course while taking enough protein, weoght lifting and doing your cardio, what will happen? Will you gradually lose fat and gain muscle, or just remain as is the entire time? And i am talking natty here, so of course as a natty you can expect to gain like 1-10 grams of muscle a day depending on your experience level, but will you win that little gram amount and lose the difference in a bit of fat pr not?

Yo Omar what the fuck happened to the green ranger dead lift?!
Man, that's a good video but I almost disliked it over the volume of that damn outro!
So what about minicuts?
Every time I click on one of Omar's videos I make sure to like it before watching it.
Aka The Matador diet. I agree! You earned a sub my dude.
This is amazing info! Thanks for using exact same pose and very similar lighting on the thumbnail before/after. Almost nobody does that!
So I did it all right only because I lacked will strength to push through the cut once and for all
No, never happened to me, I’m still a teenager with an outrageous metabolism, adding noob gains.
If thats work will be very good info, cheers Omar will try it out!
Deciding to cut is so hard lol
"Calories in calories out is too simple and dumb"
How does one lose weight slowly?
"Slight calorie deficit" LMAO

BROMAR WHERE ARE YOU?!? YouTube fitness needs its mightiest hero!
I will go from 250 and 500+ squat and 350 bench to 205 and weak af lol. Gotta take a lot of time to cut.
I just want my BF back in the teens. I don't care if it's 19.9%.
So we just going to pretend we didn't see the booger
