EDIT Most of these clips are from the beginning of March (before putting on weight through my reverse diet). I am up about 5 lbs.. so just keep in mind these clips are about a month old.
When you suck in, you have to hold your abs and stomach muscles. It’ll start to burn that’s how you know it’s working. Also make sure to breathe, but not to the point where you’ll blow out your stomach.
Let someone who has kids do it and get results then I'll believe it…
Hi yes I have years of experience doing this exercise and by far it's definitely not only helps to create the illusion of a smaller waistline does give you better posture and control and strength so whether you're smaller or bigger it looks like you are tighter and smaller. Is Provo from severe anxiety and I've also done sports where it requires breath control I raul I also suffered from anorexia so I was always sucking it in lol and yes it does help you get a smaller waistline

When you stomach vacuum, you suck in and then your stomach makes a weird cylinder shape that I didn’t see you do? I think that second park is key to the exercise. We do it in yoga.

Do you feel like pushing against something or pulling aways from something with your abs as you suck in hurts your neck? I feel like Instrain a lot in my neck when I pull in and hold my breath, and not sure if I am doing more harm than good.
The ribcage stays the same diameter anyway !! 🤦♀️ ….( brains, I assume, too). … it may, may help the belly fat, BUT not narrowing the waist… OMG…

This is unhealthy asf. Literally ruins your pelvic floor for women. Don’t believe me, take this to your primary care provider first and show them the video. Promise you they will BEG you to stop or not try AT ALL
