the most important thing when losing weight, is to sleep at least eight hours, recommended ten hours, if you sleep less than six hours it is impossible to lose weight but you will certainly gain weight

It isn’t good to leave sebum, build up, dry shampoo, and sweat on your scalp. It can lead to hair loss, scalp irritation, breakage (using dry shampoo all the time to try and cover the oil), etc. plus, your scalp gets stinky. I work at a salon and so many people have to be clarified because the sweat and products build up and can dull hair out and leave a residue on the scalp

I don’t like this trend if not washing hair, it’s not for everyone. Even the people who says is better for the hair, their hair is noticeably greasy and that’s never nice. If you don’t do any activities well, but just for following a trend nope. Stay clean is better
