How many times a week do you train legs/glutes and what are your targets for each day?
My gym is kinda scary it’s pure guys at the weights. It’s really intimidating also starting and not knowing if I have the right form 😥 but I’ve been going to the gym lol slowing inching closer to the weights
i don't really have a problem with activating my lower back during glute workouts but i can feel it in my lower back :/ tips?
