idk why i thought this would be a warm up. i’m ready to stretch and cool down.
I usually do one of his 20 minutes hits cardio as i begin my workout and then proceed to do either upper body workout or lower body workout for another 25 minutes and finally finish again with one of his 10 minutes cardio.
The feeling is amazing. TRY IT!!!!!

I was looking for a quick HIIT workout to do after waking up in the morning to give my metabolism is little boost when I don't have the time to workout later in the day. This one was nice, it could be a warm-up before a longer session too
