30-Day Dumbbell Challenge!
(Day 15, Part A Complete!)
It's hot as fuck here, and the day is only getting started (6AM as I finish this). It feels like I worked 3x harder than I actually did because of the heat lmao!
Part B next!

After the Lunge Jumps in Part A, this workout absolutely killed me. The Jumping Jacks at the end felt great though (they always do)! I'm sweating like a madman. The heat over here makes it feel like the workout was twice as hard!
Day 26 tomorrow!

Legs is out of the way, and now we finish strong with biceps! (couldn't be a better option that that!)
Part B next! Then the 30 days are over and we start again!
Day 30 (30 day dumbbell challenge): this was an awesome workout plan. I started not knowing how to workout with dumbbells, but now I've gotten pretty good at it. I'm going to do this challenge again! Congratulations to everyone that's putting in effort everyday to improve yourself, you're doing great!

Day 30 – part 2 (30 day dumbbell challenge): this is the second time I've done this workout plan/challenge and I feel great! I'm going to get a gym membership, but Bully's videos will always be my go to whenever I need a good body weight or dumbbell workout at home. Continue to push to reach your goals everyone!

how many times should u do it on the 30 day dumbbell challenge
(?): when you are doing the straight leg deadlift, are you bending at the waist or bending the knee slightly?
Finished day 4 of 30 day dumbbell challnege 🏋🏾‍♀️ did this 2x with a 20 min treadmill workout. I feel great!!
