Lol the cavities, my boyfriend never has them either and I always do yet we have the same dental routine. Definitely not fair!
I have a real question here! Do you know anywhere I can get precut sweet potato fries? Because I'm going to be honest, I HATE trying to cut them up myself. Its a lot of work and they never turn out looking good or even enough. Plus it would save me time if I could find some precut 😫 thanks to anyone that can help me out with this info ❤

I've been following your nutrition for over a year now and eat pretty much exactly like you do and I've lost 22 lbs and have significantly reduced my bodily inflammation (I have arthritis) as well as my digestive issues. I also am beyond obsessed with your LSF nutrition products. They've all become staples in my daily routine. The vanilla protein powder and Miss Congeniality are my two favorites. Ok, just finished this video. Had to hit pause. Anyways, I am actually low on my protein (like, medically diagnosed) so I am going to start making my homemade cashew milk and adding my vanilla protein at night before bed. This sounds like a great way to end my evenings.
