Hello! Had TKR last month and even though I am going to therapy for my new knee, I needed to get my endurance built back up. I know that this is a total core workout, but even doing it seated it is giving me a great cardio workout. It felt like I had never worked out in my life the first couple of times I did the workout. I still sweat, but I am getting where I can finish the whole workout. My "right side" moves still can be a little sensitive with my knee, but that is getting better too.
Thank you Lucy for adding this workout. Can't wait until I can do this work out standing up, and then incorporate the workouts
that I was doing before my surgery, and add the new ones, especially the new 2000 steps workout! Thank you again! 💖😊

Really enjoyed this. The fun part for me was doing the V shape exercise using my feet. Well, it was the most hilarious move I have ever done!!! The move I did was a mess and hilarious. At the end of the day I kept moving!!!! Awesome Lucy!!! A triple high five from me!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Lucy, I love your workouts💞. I've been doing this workout for 3 days now, and I just wanted to ask you if it's normal that i don't feel anything on my core and Abs during this or if i'm doing the exercises wrong? I can feel it in my legs, but not my core and abs🤷🏼♀️?

I have been asking Lucy to do something for ppl with lower back pain. Because I have it and therefore I have problems moving. My physio had prescribed some core strengthening yoga for my backache. That along with this workout is really helping me strengthen my core. In fact since I started doing this, I have been able to hold my poses better and longer.
So it really does strengthen the core!

I have a back problem and can't do many core exercises. But finding your channel was a huge change as I can concentrate on working on my abs without putting any pressure on my back. They are so enjoyable and fun to do too…truly your channel is a godsend😍😍😍😍

Do you have other seared workouts like this? I have injured my foot and cannot bear weight on it. My 12yo daughter and I enjoy doing your workouts together, and I’ve been trying to figure out how we can continue to do so while I stay off my foot and recover…
