Just finished this one. I have now lost 9lb since February. I have a few more to lose, but I’m doing it slowly which I feel is the most realistic way to lose weight and keep it off. This is now a habit for me almost every day. It really can be done. Thank you as always Lucy 😀
Perfect Quick HIIT workout! I did the advanced moves as a warm up for a strength training workout and absolutely loved it!

I'm no where near fit enough to do the advanced moves, I tried the first time I did the workout, I was feeling cocky …needless to say, I was fooked after the first move LOL so I'll stick to the beginners 🙂

My daughter suggested I take up one of your challenges. I appear to have what some call an anterior pelvic tilt but find your moves although a bit wobbly ( I am an octo!) Ok . Which vid should I start on?
