I love cardio with low impact. My 68 year old knees are through with jumping, but I love that this workout has only one short break, and really exercises my heart and lungs as well as my muscles. Thanks, Lucy!
Guess im going to have to do it when my leg is fully recovered. Noticed a big difference the little I did. Hopefully dint start up to soon and hurt myself again. Can't to go thru the r weeks.

I have been doing your workouts for years and this is my first time commenting :). As a 45 year old woman who used to love jumping and running but can no longer do these workouts because of knee pain, I really appreciate these low-impact (but highly effective!) workouts. I don't need "beginner" workouts because I do love working hard, so these low-impact workouts are AWESOME. Thank you for being so amazing and creating such a wonderful variety of workouts for all types of people!
I would love to see a set of more challenging workouts for those of us who have already made progress!
