I make this look easy.. but PLEASE make sure you try this with light weight first! Don't want you to hurt yourself 🙂
Whenever I bench dumbbells I lift them as if I were doing squats. Bring them forward, rest them at the knees and sit down. When i'm done I drop them. I would never lift 125's like that and I would never do anything else except drop them when I'm done. You crazy

2:33–2:49 at our gym we always have guys like this that everyone laughs for 😄 .. they normally inna group with bodybuilders then one will do the press then walk around but everyone inna gym just watches and admire the weight they lift

I tried doing this with 90lb dumbbells but can’t seem to get the weight up for some reason. 🤔
Probably safer to start in the down position. Starting in the up position could tear a shoulder., especially as the load increases.
Can you use that technique to put down a barbell bench press? It seems like it would work but wouldn’t bet my life on it.
