Whenever I bench dumbbells I lift them as if I were doing squats. Bring them forward, rest them at the knees and sit down. When i'm done I drop them. I would never lift 125's like that and I would never do anything else except drop them when I'm done. You crazy

2:332:49 at our gym we always have guys like this that everyone laughs for 😄 .. they normally inna group with bodybuilders then one will do the press then walk around but everyone inna gym just watches and admire the weight they lift

Probably safer to start in the down position. Starting in the up position could tear a shoulder., especially as the load increases.
