I live in Houston, Tx….not the most ideal place for hiking. Had parts of my knee replaced due to a cyst, so running is excrutiatingly painful after saaaaay 10 minutes. I've taken to cycling in the gym for around 15 miles. Trying to reach HIIT levels. I've lost a few pounds. Not as quick as I'd hoped but….it's something.

find a smith machine and do some anterior barbell pushups, and some up right rows. It'going to make your shoulders look like softballs. dont forget rear pec dec for your posterior delts…

Hi, have you heard of "MuscLeader" (search on Google)? On their website you will find a great free video demonstrating how you can build noticeable muscle mass easily while burning excess fat as well. Christian is among the countless guys that had great success applying this system. It may work for you also.

Hi there, have you considered "MuscLeader" (have a look on Google)? On their website you can watch a nice free video explaining the best way to build up noteworthy muscles really fast while dropping body fat as well. Ryan and plenty other guys enjoyed good results because of this approach. I hope it will work for you too…
