Love this one. I always wondered about bulking up and getting toned and that little snip you mentioned helped. I can also relate to the thing you said about awakening up the muscles around the abs area where they never were before, it's amazing how I can feel muscles around that area I've never felt before!
in a fix: I'm at 160 w/about 14% body fat; I want abs and their starting to show; but I know I'm sacrificing a little muscle; thing is, when I get to my goal, I want to put on muscle, but that'll also mean putting on a little fat; am I just cutting weight right now to show abs and then going to have to end up putting the fat back on? I hope there's a happy medium.

scott i lost a lot a wieght and i recently started lifting and seeing really good results(thanks for the tips) i just have some fat on my stomach and a little on my chest any way just to target that area becuase im just working on my diet and lifting thanks and your videos are awsome thanks
@djgatlikedat You can't target where fat is removed, through good nutrition and cardio you will burn the remaining fat off.

Arent bulking and toning kind of the same thing? When you gain muscle your bodyfat percentage decreases and you get more toned.
