I dunno man. I had better ability in that area when I swam and did water polo due to the endurance my abs had. Now my abs are thicker and bigger, but I lack some endurance! At least they look good though.

Hey! I'd like to build some size but don't want to be Incredible Hulk! Current programme: Monday arms, Tuesday chest / abs, Wednesday cardio, Thursday legs / abs, Friday or Saturday back / shoulders. I'm eating well and am seeing results but things have slowed a little recently. Can you tell me how to group muscles for new workouts? e.g. chest / biceps etc

Coming from a 13 year old 🙂 Do your abs on the same day you do Cardio, and try to do cardio twice within your workout routine in a week.. The rest is all just, your choice. I do Cardio and Abs monday,
Tuesday brake,
Wednesday Cardio and Abs,
Thursday, cafs, Legs and Butt,
Friday Chest and triceps,
Saterday, chest and bicep,
sunday, chest, bicep and abs.
Thats what iv been doin for about 5 months now, and in the beginning iv lost about 10 lbs from 155, and gained it back in muscle. Tc 🙂
