P.S god u make that look easy, for me it would be:
1. In starting position
2. Bring knees up
3. Fall forward and head butt the floor
For horse teeth, they look perfect.
This is a good one. I sprung for a ball at Target so I could do it at home and not look like a fool at the gym learning to balance. It turned out to be easier than I thought it would be. And now I have this big green ball in my living room.

how did you get ripped all your body? It's not just cardio, or all your life u were thin and then u build muscles? how do bodybuilders get ripped? they use fatburners or it's a myth, as far as I know most of fatburners have side effects.
im not 100% but i have it and i just got it from doing crunches, i think its one of those things u can get or u cant
but.. it works!

@korndavisx Dont mean to interrupt, but there is no such thing as a fatburner, its a joke! u cant burn a fatcell, u can only shrink it by diet and cardio/weightlifting. They put stuff in "fatburners" to give u a hot rush in ur body so that u think ur actually burning fat, u might as well take a shot of vodka… Bottom line, fatburners are a myth..

i'm not necessarily going for a ripped look or anything, but i would still like to get quite strong. what do you think are the most effective core exercises? i've realized that my core and upper back are without a doubt my weakest muscles and have ultimately cause poor posture. i do prefer using the ball, but if you think there's some better ones without the ball i'd love to hear them
If you want to get ripped, you should search Google for "Smashing Ripped X". You are bound to get the body you deserve.

Hello everyone. Fabulous movie. My older brother was formerly a fatty. He went from 284lbs of pure fat into 200lbs of natural muscle. Everybody was in shock. I just subscribed myself because I'm looking to get big muscles. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it)…
