No way dude !
The best way to get rid of ya fat, is my running, jumping with a jumping rope, swimming or just doing any excersise there get ya heart beat up on ca 80 % of its maximum ( i think it was 80, but just high so you sweat ) for atleast 15 min a day. Then you will burn fat in no time. And most important thing ever. Eat healthy !

They are safe, but not necessary. If you want to supplement for fat burners, try adding supplements that include caffeine. When caffeine is introduced into the body it causes your body to burn more calories, as it speeds up your metabolic rate (or metabolism)

Also, what ThePwnerz said, is partially true, know that adding muscle is one of the ultimate fat burners. The more muscle you have the more your body has to work (burn calories) to maintain and keep that muscle.

in order to get ur abs "out" you need to reduce ur body mass under 10% or maybe more(depends on genetics).So go run everyday for 30-40 mins and in 1-2 months u will have your abs.If you want to speed up process take transparent foil and roll it on your belly and run like that,tones of fat will go out of your body super fast.Also do ab workout every second day.

im 6'1 and i weigh about 140. ive been working out every day a week for about a month and a half and my routien is (back, chest, abbs, arms, leggs, abbs, resting day) and then i would start the next week out with (back, abbs, chest, arms…) so about 3 days a week i work abbs and its only been a month and a half and since im skinney i can see results quicker and my abbs are already comming in. i think it just takes some consistency and you should be able to acheive it in no time!
