hey Scott great tips i have a question im drinking monster milk so far so good now i wanna try something called monster pump (both are made by cytosport) i know all about the 2 i was wondering can i stack them both the reason why im asking is because the instru on the monster pump say for best results drink on an empty stomach but i need to take the protein shake about 30min b4 my routine and drink the pump 15min b4 the routine kind of contradicting if you ask me not sure what to drink first

how do i know if i cause a tear of the muscle, is it really harmful ?
Also is there a limit to how much the upper chest can grow and thus change to working on the lower chest ?
Do i have to wait until the muscles are completely free from soreness before working on them again ?

tear as in for eg. doing the pec fly using dumbbells and cos until no more strength and cannot lift the dumbbells and the arm gets over extended/arms more or less not in control in that motion, cannot lifting the dumbbells as wanted ….. does it harm the muscle or something ?

It is good to have a strong upper body. personally incline bench is my favorite. And yes it's good to let your muscles fully recover before peforming them again, hence why rest and nutrition is important. If not you will be in a catabolic state rather than anabolic.
Flyes are pretty acurate. Also if you sit sideways on the cybex machine and individually press one arm up this targets the outside section of the chest as well.

machines do most of the work for you, free weigts are much better because they put your body through much more stress, so do the bench press.
