Whenever I use this machine I have trouble when doing my reps. The muscles in my leg shake uncontrollably, I'm able to complete the rep but I want to stop the shaking and just keep my legs in a stable position throughout the exercise. I've tried lowering the weight but it feels like I'm not even doing an exercise at that point, do you have any ideas?

I'm here because I thought I was doing something wrong. I did max weight no problem. I did try no weight and moderate weight to see if anything is different. I guess there really isn't much to it. How is it that I can do max weight on this the first time I do it but I hurt my hands and wrists doing 185 lbs on the bench press?

Idk, in my Gym Men just dont use this Machine ever. Hip adduction is strictly a Woman's exercise.
