I actually expected Scott to be better at muscle ups, but he's still better than most people . I've watched a lot of Hannibal, and the folks who do the bar calisthenics, and those guys are insane. It just goes to show you that good old fashion body weight exercises are pretty much all you need to get extremely strong.

those look fun and all, but i have bad joints. left elbow and right shoulder in particular. and your last two funner exercises looks like joint snappers if you phuk them up just a little bit

Hi, have you heard of "Musclegion" (just search on Google for it …)? There you will find a great free video explaining the right way to grow noteworthy lean muscle easily. This helped James to break through his body building plateau and consequently grow chiseled muscle mass without fat very fast. It may work for you too.
