I could almost do 4 sets of 200lbs of this. Since thats the max the machine could carry. Do you know those cable machine where you have to manually load it with plates. Yeah,there's also that.

How much weight is it on The weight stack without that extra weight? In my gym it goes to 200 lbs, i can do 12 reps Times 3 on 180 lbs.

WOW! The fact that you pulled down more then you weight is very impressive. When you pulled down the weight with hand you struggled a bit but with your abs it seemed like this is nothing. Your core is extremely strong!

So the weight helps you balance like that? I was trying it light to learn and it took a while to figure that out. Of course I’m a heavy barrel cheated guy so I should have thought of it sooner.

Is it ok for me not coming all the way down to the point my elbows touch my knees? I prefer keeping my lower back parallel to the ground and don’t want my hip to engage too much.
I still do feel the burn in the upper ab after performing the exercise this way.
