Wow, I've never seen people appreciate a YouTuber as much as you guys-even on fitness channels. I guess it speaks to how helpful he is. Either that or just how much he doesn't end up typecasting himself. (If you look at the comments on Athlean-X's channel, you'll see what I mean. He seems to become stereotyped by his followers for facepulls, preventing muscle imbalances, having his shirt off, and rotation of joints.)

I can’t do any type of curls that require my palms to be upward facing because every rep causes a tendon in my right wrist to snap in and out of place so I have to do hammer curls now :/
