Is it OK to do this crunches every other day? I'm doing my abs to failure every time but I don't feel them burning another day any more. Every other part of my body I train once a week and I feel them very nice after workout. Can you give any advice?

Scott HELP! I have a six pack and hoping for an 8 pack by the end of the year (should my anatomy allow it) but my "V" muscles aren't as prominent as I'd like. The V is the crevasse that forms from your hip bones and points down to your groin. I am almost certain that it forms from exterior oblique development. What are some effective exercises to define this part of my body?
you need to add more weight to your ab exercises!

@shadowprince9 I think it wouldn't hurt if you tried hanging knee raises and variations of it. I've just added it to my routine and the burn I feel when I'm down is those "V" muscles you're talking about.
