1. The health inspector called. He said you are going straight to jail for that one.
2. So… what do you mix with the protein powder? Toilet water, or ah, something else? I didn't notice a mini fridge with milk in there.
3. The girls always run as soon as they see the blender, screaming something about how they aren't going to make out with a guy who eats where he..

makes sense.. have a guy who runs his own business, owns a gym and professional coaches people, as well as an athlete for BSN do a program based on calisthenics and cardio that is run by another company. I do insanity and this still made me laugh. thanks!

You think this is hard? Do a Widowmaker Squat, Smith Machine Hack Squat, or a Plate-Loaded Leg Press. That will put some hair on your chest!

Scott, that's a great video! The 40/40 is tough. My best is a 23/23. I was 66 when I did it (that's my excuse for not getting more reps) To do it after a regular workout like you did is impressive. I learn alot from your videos. Thanks for sharing, Joel

Is there a deliberate way of breathing here (lat oulldowns? ). Other than in down out when lifting? Your breathing seemed very intense or focused. Like, should I blow out in a particular way? Thanks
