right so i did this but with a smaller exercise ball (a big one wasnt available) and i really didnt feel my core engage too much. does the ball size affect it?
and my next trick is i"ll hang myself to work my neck muscles

While I can say the balance this takes is impressive, I wonder, how does this translate to real life? Why are people so obsessed with taking these types of exercise to the next level. This is just another example of the risks of an exercise FAR outweighing the benefits.
more of a core and stability exercise, and an effective one at that. as for the chest, not as much. love it, but would probably get my ass kicked trying it lol.

this is not about it being functional, this is just for him being able to do it and get more coordination and being more athletic. this a pretty good excersise if you just do it with your knees on the ball and just keep balancing.. hits the adductors pretty hard
