Yes I agree cant even believe it. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but nothing was coming.

And I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard.

can these exercises help even out my uneven abs? the abs on the left side of my stomach are higher than on the ride side, so please can somebody tell me if i can do something about it or if im doomed for the rest of my life? im ready to workout my best to make them symmetrical, thanks.

Hanging Leg Raises are missing. Crunches are more effective if you do them laying on a swiss or bosu ball.
