When bringing the dumbbells up does it matter if you rotate your elbows in? I've seen this exercise done both ways

If you over extend your arms you can really hurt your rotators as well.

Yes, people dont realise how important it is to breathe properly, more than anything else. An example of this is weight lifters headache, which I got recently due to breathing wrong during leg press. Its where you don't breathe properly and end up rupturing a blood vessel in the back of your head, can cause you to be out of the gym for a few days to up to two weeks. Bad stuff, therefore breathing right is a priority.
