you should never have to apologize for being yourself.

I would just give them a ''FUCK YOU'' and move on…….

Thanks for agreeing with me.

@bloomy3000 Hey I got a pretty good one if you would like to try it?

Here it is! ( always warm up with light weight of course)
If you are a beginner I would recommend starting with 3 sets for each work out, then increase your set by 1 each month.

3 sets of Squats 6-8 reps
3 sets of leg press 8-10 reps
3 sets of leg extensions 10-12 reps
3 sets of leg curls 10-12 reps
3 sets of calve raises, both sitting and standing15 reps
3 sets of lunges 10 one way and back.

I am with you Strobe180. I mean these Star8's that complain are very insecure with their own sexuality that they feel threaten by a good looking guy like Scott in semi-nude photos in underwear/jocks etc. I have said it before and I will say it again.Scott loves everyone and he is very comfortable in his own skin and
sexuality. This is 2010 coming up people so get with the times and love one another and stop all the haten,I'm sure Scott doesn't need all this BACKLASH from his stra8 fans.

Look Dude, I think you mean well…First of all, put your shirt on. The unsuspecting public associates how you look with what you know….WHICH, isn't much. The angle of pressure is forcing resistance to be displaced onto the medial head, NOT the rear head. At first you started w/ elbows down, which was frontal head contraction…then you rotated the elbows up and out forcing the resistance to be displaced across the medial head. BAD advice for rear delt work…Learn to think CRITICALLY!

Respect for WHAT?? There's no great reward in respect for the sake of "respect"! And, what exactly are you helping all these thousands of people do?? Come back with something solid other than this silly comment! If you're worth your salt, then CHALLENGE ME! Make me think critically about what you "offer" the public. Don't give me some cheap shot answer. RESPOND to my previous comment–tell me WHY you are correct. And if you're not, admit it – 11th commandment: thou shall not jive thyself!

Frederich Nietzsche was correct when he said.."All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth". I'll give credit where it's due..Your back routine has some solid "aspects" associated w/ it…However, other than reps range (number of reps) and sequencing, can you elaborate for the public about your technique? Selection of machines (i.e. hammer strength)? Come on Scott, you're probably a nice guy..I'm not attacking u

Look, you obviously don't want to engage me in public discourse about your methodology…that's a given. Our field is littered with non critical thinkers that have managed to parrot back what they've been taught by their college professor's…this helps no one get better. I'm not looking to sing Kumbaya with you…none of the 5 star ratings will make you better…think about it. ..I admire the fact that you're out there—Now you're really out there….Lets keep this dialogue going.
