Hey, have you heard about "Musclegends" (look on Google)? On their website you can watch a good free video demonstrating the right way to start building noteworthy muscle mass fast. This helped Devan to break through his muscle mass building plateau and therefore build toned lean muscle free of fat fast. It may help you out too.

I am trying to get my sister to get into the whole exercising thing. She likes the gym but I know she is insecure about going to the gym so I have been working out with her but ive been having a hard time finding beginner stuff for a 14 year old girl.
