Would hellp me alottttttttttt if you made a video showing some more advanced exercises and as always good stuff 🙂

@jovicakluk It doesn't really matter at all, anyway, this exercise isn't all about muscle gain, it's about core as well and balance.

scott you have some massive balls.

Reply
thegarbageman21 October 27, 2010 - 5:10 am

@jovicakluk You can work bi's and tri's however you want. They are antagonist muscles that are worked pretty much independently. You can do them the same day, throw them in with chest / back days . . . whatever suits you. There is no wrong way to work arms. What you want to avoid is killing your arms before exercises like chest presses / back exercises. If you do that you arms will be too tired to sufficiently work your more powerful / bigger chest / back muscles.

Scott, have you ever done Bosu ball push ups? You put the Bosu with the flat side up, and do pushups with your hands either flat on top of it or grabbing the sides.

DaLeadBull October 27, 2010 - 8:03 pm

Its a pretty complete workout, hits all the major muscle groups.
